A: We offer many shipping options. The best way to see your options is to sign up for an account (we will NEVER spam you) by selecting “My Account” and add the parts to your cart. Select “checkout” and you will see your shipping options and cost based on your location and weight of the items in your cart. You will not be committing to purchase anything.

Q: Can you ship as a “gift” or place a low value on the customs form?
A: No, never. This is illegal and you are asking us to risk heavy fines. Requests of this nature will be ignored.

A: Products and kits are sold without support. We are a parts seller only. If you think you may have a defective part please email us and we will help you sort it out. Questions regarding you builds should be posted in the appropriate support thread at GroupDIY.com.
